Domestic Orders (India)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, products will be handed over only after payment is made at the time of delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days (excluding weekends).

  • Please note, Sevn Signal is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service, as the parcel will be in the care of a third-party logistics partner.

  • You will receive tracking details on your provided mobile number once the order is dispatched.

International Orders (Outside India)

  • COD is not available for international orders. Customers are required to make online payment at the time of placing the order.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days.

  • Tracking details will be shared via the contact number provided.

  • Our courier partner DHL Express will attempt delivery twice at your doorstep.

  • Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

  • We accept all international cards for payment.

  • Our mode of trade for international orders is CFR (Cost and Freight) — charges are paid by the customer during order placement.
