Refund policy

1. Exchange Policy

• Size Issue & Design Change: Exchange is possible. In case of a design change, a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued.
• Time Frame for Exchange: Request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the package.
• Procedure: Product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact. We will arrange FREE pickup from our end. Exchange processing takes 12–15 business days.
• Limitations: Items purchased using a credit note or exchanged once are not eligible for further return or exchange. Exchange is a one-time process only.
  

2. Return Policy

• Eligible Only for Damaged/Defective Items: Returns are accepted only in case of defective or damaged products. An unboxing video is mandatory.
• Time Frame for Return: Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Pickup & Resolution: We will arrange FREE pickup. A credit note valid for 3 months will be issued.
• Note: No refunds will be made to the source account.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Prepaid Orders: No cancellations are allowed.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted after this window.

4. Refund Policy

• No Refunds to Original Payment Method: We do not offer refunds to the source account under any circumstances. In case of approved return or exchange, a credit note with 3 months validity will be issued.
